Special Counsel (Liability, Marine + Aviation)

OPPORTUNITY

Kennedys is looking for an experienced Special Counsel to join our Liability team in Sydney, working directly alongside Chris Finn (Partner) and Peter Craney (Partner).

Chris Finn heads Kennedys' Sydney casualty claims practice. With extensive experience in insurance litigation, he brings deep expertise across casualty and personal injury claims, including catastrophic and multi-party matters. Recognised for his technical depth and client strategy, he is an active contributor to AILA and a regular presenter at industry events.

Peter Craney is an insurance specialist with marine, aviation, casualty, professional indemnity and property experience gained across Australia and the UK. 

This is a broad, complex practice covering personal injury, public and products liability, property damage, and recovery claims, with a client base that includes domestic and London market insurers.
