Job Summary

Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software, confirm bookings, answer questions, update reservations, inform providers of last‑minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues with the help of supervisors. Check in guests, provide general spa orientation, promote and sell services, process payments and cash tips, balance receipts with accounting, notify maintenance of needs, report accidents or unsafe conditions, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
