Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join the Specialist Rehabilitation Service at Woodend Hospital. The service provides specialist care and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from life‑altering conditions or injuries across inpatient units that include stroke, neurological, orthopaedic rehabilitation, vascular amputee and some elderly rehabilitation beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing for patients with complex, multi‑dimensional needs.
• Deliver 24/7 cover for the rehabilitation wards, working day, night and weekend shifts.
• Collaborate within a friendly, forward‑thinking team of ANPs and NPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to Master’s level in Advanced Practice, assessed as competent at this level.
