RoomService gives households their own dedicated private chef — without the cost or hassle. We pair customers with a named chef who cooks personalised meals fresh to order (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and delivers them hot.

Founding Sous Chef & Operations Manager

You’re a chef who thinks like an operator. Your core job is to make the kitchen operation excellent and scalable — designing the prep system, standardising recipes, and controlling food cost so one chef can serve many households without quality loss.

What You’ll Own:

  • Kitchen & prep optimisation — design centralised mise en place
  • Recipe standardisation & food cost control
  • Procurement & supplier management
  • Delivery & logistics (riders, routes, on-time hot delivery)
  • Chef support & quality assurance
  • Daily operations — build SOPs from scratch

Success in First 6 Months:

  • Working prep system that scales menus per chef
