We are seeking a skilled and passionateSous Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team in Stellenbosch. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong background in sushi preparation and kitchen leadership.

Salary: R28 000 – R35 000 (depending on experience)

Location: Stellenbosch

Requirement: Must be South African

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes to exceptional standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
