We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef / All-Rounder Cook to join our team at a seaside bistro. You will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef in menu execution for local Chinese dishes (zichar-style, stir-fry, noodles, rice dishes, etc.)
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to standards
  • Supervise kitchen team during service when required
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety & cleanliness (SFA standards)
  • Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained
  • Support in menu development, specials, and new dishes
