About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Design, develop and execute a concise high-quality caf menu
  • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Manage ordering, supplier relationships and stock control
  • Optimize kitchen workflow within a limited space
  • Monitor food costs, wastage and overall kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Qualifications
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within a caf or coffee shop environment in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of current caf trends and high-demand dishes
  • Experience operating in small or restricted kitchen environments
  • Demonstrated ability to create cost-effective, high-margin menus
