About the Role
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations
- Design, develop and execute a concise high-quality caf menu
- Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
- Manage ordering, supplier relationships and stock control
- Optimize kitchen workflow within a limited space
- Monitor food costs, wastage and overall kitchen efficiency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within a caf or coffee shop environment in the UAE
- Strong understanding of current caf trends and high-demand dishes
- Experience operating in small or restricted kitchen environments
