We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Commercial team full-time, working across our Network, Construction & Maintenance portfolio. You’ll lead the charge on strategic sourcing – from developing smart strategies and running tenders to assessing opportunities and negotiating high-impact commercial agreements. 

Your Role in Action

  • Drive smart sourcing strategies and lead negotiations that deliver real value for Western Power.

  • Play a key role in delivering a major cost-saving pipeline – targeting over $170M in opportunities.

  • Use data, insights, and e-procurement tools to inform decisions and streamline sourcing activities.

  • Identify new ways to reduce costs and unlock commercial improvements across the business.

  • Be the commercial and governance lead for contract development and execution.
