About the Role
Role Overview
The Solution Specialist will lead the positioning, sales, and adoption of IEEE’s specialty solutions—
including Research Tools, Experimentation Platforms, and Certifications—across academic and
government institutions.
Partnering closely with account managers, this role is central to driving revenue growth by
demonstrating how IEEE solutions deliver advanced analytics, actionable insights, and enhanced
research workflows.
As a specialist, you will:
Manage the full sales cycle: Discovery, Validation, Qualification, and Demonstration
Showcase the value of IEEE solutions in accelerating innovation and improving researcher
productivity
Align technical expertise with commercial strategy to influence institutional decision-making
