Understand customers’ environment and challenges, then acquire technical requirements through communication

To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions

To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects are delivered

Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market

Plan and implement public relations campaign

Implement sales & marketing strategies to reach effective market communications in different countries/markets for all business development departments and sales channels
