- To understand the in-depth technical solution needs of key strategic customers and associated business drivers 
for ECS(Ericsson Cloud System) and Media business. 
- To proactively support sales development by providing expert technical knowledge and sales proposals for Ericsson 
Cloud system and Media solutions in key strategic accounts. 

Responsibilities include: 
- To provide technical support for all sales and marketing activities for targeted ECS and Media accounts. 
- Participate in the relevant sales account teams as a technical subject matter expert for ECS and Media technology and
applications. Work with the account managers to support account plans. Contribute to the sales process in prospecting,
conducting customer presentations and providing in-depth technical consulting and recommendations in customer engagements.
