Job Purpose

Member of the technical team responsible for development, implementation, maintenance and operation of application systems and IT solutions within Risk Management. Provides user support, participates in IT project tasks, and ensures that application development aligns with business strategy, growth, operational efficiency and compliance requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure technical specifications and programs meet user and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain error‑free, efficient programs through thorough testing and peer review.
• Deliver system enhancements on time with high quality, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Formulate comprehensive test plans, including SIT and performance testing, and support user testing.
