Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by…

Managing a caseload from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, both freehold and leasehold re‑mortgages, ensuring excellent client service is achieved at all times.

Further responsibilities

• Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
• Understanding and adhering to regulatory body’s rules and regulations e.g. SRA.
• Working within a case management system.
• Keeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations and ensuring that all conveyancing processes adhere to CQS requirements, current best practice and standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property transactions and client interactions.
