Our General Insurance team at DWF provides market‑leading expertise across Personal Injury . We are currently seeking a Solicitor, Senior Solicitor or Associate to handle a varied caseload of litigated motor recovery claims.

We are looking for someone with experience in defender motor recoveries work, including recovery of outlay, credit hire disputes, uninsured loss recovery, and property damage claims . Cases may be raised at summary cause, ordinary sheriff court, and Court of Session level.
