They’re looking for a conveyancing professional who’s passionate about new build and shared ownership work - someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values quality client service, and wants to grow within a supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of new build and shared ownership transactions from start to finish
• Reviewing contracts, leases, and title documentation
• Liaising with developers, housing associations, and lenders
• Delivering a smooth, efficient, and client-focused service
