About the Role

Oversee the daily operations and personnel in the post-surface mount testing and solder processes. Lead by example and ensure all preventive measures have been taken to produce the highest quality products in each area. It is also your responsibility to lead employees and assure all productivity and quality expectations are achieved.


Test Process/Duties

  • Provide technical assistance to all operations. Interpret electronic schematics, diagrams, and drawings.

  • Adept in troubleshooting electronic circuits to find root cause of failure.

    • This position is eligible for a $500.00 hiring/retention bonus!
