Job Description
- Create a screen to display and control machine operating systems, such as vision inspection systems, pick and place conveyors, robots, and barcode readers.
- Create a network between devices PC, PLC, Robot, and data log system
- Select equipment and design circuits for use in controlling in vision and spec systems such as cameras, light sources, IO cards, computer specs.
- Develop machine control programs and integrate Vision Inspection systems using a PC.
- Design electrical circuits and select appropriate components for Vision Inspection systems.
- Design control systems and HMI (display interface) for setting up Vision Inspection processes.
- Develop data logging programs and communication systems for various devices within the system.
- Perform installation, setup, and maintenance services both internally and at client sites, including upcountry locations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
