About the Team and Mission
The Integrations Squad's mission is to empower businesses of all sizes—from sole traders to global enterprises—to seamlessly incorporate Trustpilot into their customer feedback workflows. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in overseeing the health and evolution of 20+ distinct integrations (including Shopify, Salesforce, and HubSpot), improving scalability whilst optimising for future growth. You will join a cross‑functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, where you will take part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. Your expertise will guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
