Software Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software for both wireless and wired networking products.
• Contribute to next-generation product development by creating innovative software algorithms.
• Enhance product firmware through updates and feature improvements.
• Ensure assigned project tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Deliver remote technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, or networking.
• Manage and resolve escalations from support teams.

Qualifications
