S&Oe Manager (Tijuana)

ResponsabilidadesLead the S&OE process within the plant and follow up on execution of identified actions for their responsible product lines.Execute the rolling three‐month MPS for Manufacturing approved by the Swiss EMI supply chain planning team.Provide on‐site support for issue resolution/escalation to ensure end customer needs are met.Track key plant metrics for EMI / IPD product lines: Production plan attainment, Shipment adherence release lead time among other critical metrics.Develop a report out to ensure visibility of gaps to targets and work with the plant to develop a gap closure plan.Track production performance daily and make decisions where needed to provide plant direction to avoid line downtime while ensuring the long‐term plan adherence is met.Monitor daily shipments out of Tijuana into our DCs and work closely with our transport & regional partners to resolve any identified issues.Work closely with the plant to understand any barriers that team comes across to meet...
