About the Role

            The Services required are set out as follows:  To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling support for students and their families. 
To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes. 
To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement sessions where necessary, customised to students' needs and aligned with the school's efforts. 
To plan and facilitate group-based programmes targeting students with identified social, emotional, or behavioural needs, in consultation with the school's student support team. 
To observe and identify key needs of students and to report such cases to the Student Management Key Personnel and/or School Leaders for further intervention and support.
