Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Residential Social Services team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the emotional, psychological and social wellbeing of residents and where appropriate, their families. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of holistic care.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide ongoing casework and support to residents
• Develop, implement and review individual care, support and intervention plans
• Facilitate family communication, meetings and case discussions
