Social Worker

Job Description

The position shall be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Corporate Social Responsibility programs and initiatives. Ensures that the organization contributes positively to society, promotes sustainable practices and enhances employee engagement through community outreach and social impact activities.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, Human Resources or related field
• Valid BSW License
• At least 3 years experience building partnerships with local stakeholders like educational institutions, orphanages, and non-profit organizations
• Familiarity with DSWD protocols and LGU coordination
