About the Role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced and high skilled Adult Social Worker to support out its client’s locality teams in West Devon. This role requires a confident practitioner with strong legal literacy, proven leadership capability, and the ability to support both operational and supervisory functions within a busy adult social care environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
Statutory assessments such as Care Act assessments, MCA assessments, Best Interest decisions, and Community DoLS work. 

Care and support planning that is strengths‑based, personalised, and focused on delaying or preventing escalating needs.

Safeguarding adults, including identifying and investigating concerns and coordinating protective actions with partner agencies.

Managing a varied caseload, supporting adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults with complex conditions.
