Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy following best practice standards, consistent with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
• Provide evidence based social work biopsychosocial assessment, consultation and treatment (individual, groups, couples, and family) for clients with complex, mental health, physical health and concurrent substance use disorders.
• Complete risk assessment and crisis intervention plans.
• Work collaboratively, cooperatively and effectively within the Integrated Forensic Program and with hospital and community partners such as the police and justice system.
