- Analysis and reporting of department workload and statistics
- Manage IT systems and accounts matters, downtime matters etc
- Write up workflows, SWI, SOP etc
- Manage projects, meetings notes and follow up etc
- Possible patient fronting work eg. stand in for counter management and process subsidy applications
