About the Role
Responsibilities
- Support any networking events with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
- Support mental health screening events to identify those who are at‑risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
- Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients who are at‑risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs
- Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties
- Support the run of a caregiver support
- Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or other fields related to healthcare or community care
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of healthcare/community care experience
