Social Service Assistant (Children's Home)

Working with girls, the successful candidate helps create and maintain a child‑centred, homelike therapeutic community that is responsive to residents' developmental needs, enabling them to grow holistically, work towards emotional stability, and develop their full potential.

• Carry out daily operational duties, such as supervising residents' routines (meals, school, chores, and attendance at programmes), maintaining up‑to‑date documentation, and ensuring the premises are kept clean.
• Participate in shift‑to‑shift communication, which includes completing daily documentation and providing important handover information to staff at the change of every shift.
