About the Role
- Lead and manage social networking site strategies for lead generation and brand engagement
- Oversee content planning, posting schedules, and paid social campaigns
- Guide the team in community engagement, inquiry handling, and lead qualification
- Support lead nurturing and retargeting efforts through social platforms
- Track social performance metrics including engagement, reach, lead conversions, and ROI
- Ensure alignment of social campaigns with overall digital marketing and sales objectives
- Train and supervise social media specialists to maintain brand voice and sales-focused engagement
- Train all Digital Sales & Marketing team members on how each SNS platform works, including key features, tools, algorithms, ad formats, analytics, and technical best practices relevant to daily operations and campaign execution
