About the Role

Independently oversee the creative conception, scriptwriting, shooting direction, and post-production editing/publishing of short-form video content. Stay abreast of short-form video platform trends and plan high-potential content themes and series. Manage the entire workflow of short-form video projects, including resource coordination, timeline control, and quality review. Analyze short-form video content metrics (views, engagement, conversion, etc.) and continuously optimize content strategy and production methods. Collaborate closely with operations teams, on-camera talent, and editors to ensure efficient content output aligned with brand identity. Explore new video formats, techniques, or collaboration models to enhance content competitiveness. Requirement:
