Responsibilities

• Actively manage clients social media pages including responding to fans, moderating pages and proactively engaging with users.
• Actively work on enhancing clients public image through its social media platforms.
• Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers is managed efficiently.
• Perform other activities based on clients needs and requirements like listening monitoring or proactive engagement.
