About the Role
Overview
Managed daily social media operations across assigned platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu. Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and business priorities. Schedule, publish and optimize posts based on platform best practices.
Content Creation
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo/video content for social media including reels, TikToks and short-form videos.
- Develop creative storytelling ideas to showcase hotel experiences, dining concepts, promotions and brand moments.
- Write engaging captions and ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages and community engagement across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct social listening and identify opportunities for engagement and trend participation.
