About the Role

  • Operate and support Nokia’s YouTube channel including channel administration, comment moderation and community tab engagement.
  • Apply moderation standards, governance and escalation processes to protect brand reputation and support crisis communications.
  • Require 5+ years’ experience in social or community/channel management with strong written English and proficiency in social management and listening tools.
