About the Role

Overview Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments. Respond to online inquiries and direct messages. Maintain clinic’s online presence by coordinating with the marketing team. Ensure excellent customer experience on-site and online. Assist in developing and executing social media strategies. 
Responsibilities Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
