Qualifications And Requirements – CSCA (Certified Social Compliance Auditor)

• Valid APSCA CSCA certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading independent social audits.
• Strong knowledge of international labor standards, including SA8000, SMETA, BSCI, and WRAP.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications And Requirements – ASCA (Associate Social Compliance Auditor)

• Valid APSCA ASCA registration.
• Some experience supporting social audits under supervision.
• Foundational understanding of audit methodology and labor standards.
• Motivation to progress toward full CSCA certification.

• Previous experience in CSR audits, factory inspections, compliance, or supply chain sustainability is highly preferred.
