Advert Social Care Worker Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the delivery of care to older adults, consistent with Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership policies and procedures. This will involve assisting residents in all aspects of personal, health and social care in a way which respects their dignity as individuals and promotes their maximum independence. You must have previous experience of working with older people and understand their needs; have effective verbal and written communicate skills, literacy skills; show a professional and courteous manner to residents, relatives, carers, health professionals and other agencies; undertake keyworker responsibilities and be able to work on your own initiative, be flexible and adaptable with the capacity to learn.
