About the Role

Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders for an inclusive and progressive organisation committed to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism – assisting them to lead full and valued lives within their respective communities.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of disability services within Ireland.


Location of Post: Limerick City, Ireland


Minimum Criteria: 


  • Hold a minimum Level 8 Qualification in Social Care, Social Work or Nursing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
  • Have previous supervisory experience
  • Possess a full clean driving licence, own vehicle and be willing and able to drive a vehicle with up to 8 passenger seats
