About the Role

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Architect audience strategy — custom audiences, lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting pools
  • Structure campaigns across full-funnel objectives: awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Monitor daily pacing, CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA — flag issues same day, not end of week
  • Traffic ad assets provided by the client's internal team; manage creative rotation to prevent fatigue
  • Execute A/B tests on audiences, placements, and ad formats; document results clearly
  • Manage Meta pixel, CAPI/server-side tracking setup and ongoing verification
  • Produce clear weekly performance summaries for the SVP and media team
  • Maintain campaign naming conventions and UTM structures as defined by the client
