SMT Engineer / SMT Process Engineer (JUKI)

Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of the SMT production process end-to-end (solder paste printing, placement, reflow, inspection, rework/repair support). • Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot JUKI pick-and-place machines (programming, feeder setup, changeovers, line balancing). • Support production during day/night shifts, respond to downtime, and drive fast root-cause troubleshooting. • Monitor yield, defect rate, and productivity; perform fault analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). • Work closely with QA/QC to ensure SMT quality compliance and improvement (e.g., AOI/SPI support where applicable). • Coordinate with maintenance/vendors for machine upkeep and spare parts; ensure preventive maintenance plans are followed. • Create/update SOPs, work instructions, and train SMT operators/technicians on best practices and EHS compliance.
