Somewhere in the middle of all that, someone needs to keep the whole operation in time.

SmartGrass is looking for an Operations Coordinator who can bring structure, calm, pace, and common sense to a busy growing operation.

Not someone who waits for the sheet music to be handed to them.

Someone who can read the room, hear the off‑beat before anyone else does, and bring the whole section back into rhythm before it turns into noise.
