Small Works Manager Purpose of the RoleThe Small Works Manager is responsible for the end-to-end operational management of the Company’s remedial works programme. This includes resource planning, commercial management, materials procurement, engineer support, and ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved in conjunction with the Remedial Administrator. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Programming Programme remedial works jobs, establishing logical sequencing and realistic timescales. Allocate engineer and sub-contractor resource to jobs based on skills, availability, and commercial priority. Work collaboratively with the Remedial Administrator to coordinate and schedule works efficiently. Materials Management Identify materials required for each job and raise purchase orders in a timely manner.
