An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated nurse to join the Plastic Surgery team at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital as a Band 7 Plastics Skin Clinical Nurse Specialist.

This role will support patients on a skin cancer pathway who require plastic surgery input, including complex wound care and reconstructive procedures. Working closely with our existing Clinical Nurse Specialist team, Skin Consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team, the post holder will provide clinical and psychological support, patient education, holistic needs assessments, and ongoing safety-netting throughout the patient journey.

The role will also include CNS-led wound/clinic reviews, post-discharge follow-up and pathway coordination.
