About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position. You’ll lead a small field crew while remaining actively involved in the work. You’ll coordinate daily activities, maintain quality standards, keep projects moving safely and efficiently, and help develop the next generation of tradespeople. No two projects are exactly alike. Our work includes commercial construction, multi‑unit residential, custom homes, excavation, concrete, waterproofing, and building‑envelope projects.
