Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on HVAC projects Supervise and coordinate site teams (installers, subcontractors, labour) Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to programme Drive productivity on site and ensure deadlines are met Planning & Coordination Read and interpret drawings, schedules, and installation details Plan daily and weekly work activities with the Project Manager Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required on site Ensure correct sequencing of work to avoid delays and rework Quality Control Ensure installations meet Company standards, SANS requirements, and OEM specifications Conduct ongoing quality checks during installation Identify and rectify snags proactively before inspections Ensure neat, professional, and precise workmanship on all installations Health & Safety Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all st...
