About the Role
Job Scope:
- Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure proper application company products.
- Coordinate daily with MCSTs, owners, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to the Office Management.
- Arrange manpower and delegate tasks to workers based on project requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
- Assist with basic site documentation and reporting.
- Provide hands‑on support when required to ensure job completion.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all site regulations.
- Attend site meetings and safety briefings as necessary.
