About the Role

            Job Description Job Description Spread and grade topsoil to restore site surfaces to original or improved conditions.
Ensure proper soil compaction, contouring, and drainage to prevent erosion.
Amend and condition soil using fertilizers, compost, or other soil enhancers to support vegetation growth.
Re-vegetate restored areas by seeding, sodding, or planting as specified in project plans.
Monitor restored areas for soil stability, erosion, and vegetation establishment.
Operate hand tools, small machinery, and light equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with project managers and field crews to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Follow all environmental, safety, and regulatory guidelines for soil handling and site restoration.
