Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to support a busy refurbishment and retrofit programme across the Sheffield area on a 2-month contract.

This role will suit someone with a strong background in refurbishment works, high-rise projects and managing both direct labour and subcontractors.

Key experience required:

• Proven Site Manager experience within refurbishment/construction
• EWI / External Wall Insulation experience
• High-rise project experience
• Internal works including fire stopping, sprinklers, fire doors, bathrooms and shaft wall works
• External works including balconies, patch repairs and window replacements
• Experience managing direct and subcontracted teams
