A leading property services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of social housing retrofit and decarbonisation projects across Bristol and the surrounding region. The business works in partnership with housing associations and local authority clients, delivering large‑scale energy efficiency and refurbishment programmes designed to improve existing housing stock and reduce carbon emissions. Typical projects include External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), heating upgrades, window and door replacement programmes, roofing works, loft insulation and wider retrofit improvement schemes.
