Site Manager

Our Client are a leading Main Contractor who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team on an existing new build residential development.

You will work underneath a Project Manager as the no.1 Site Manager, coordinating M&E and finishings trades/packages.

Role available to start ASAP.

The Client will consider both Permanent and Freelance candidates.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS / First Aid
• Ideally previous Main Contractor experience
• Experience within Residential New Build and Refurb Projects
• Local to Bromley, Kent area
• References Required
