Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build project within the defence sector in North Devon.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The role also involves supporting pre‑construction activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build construction projects
• Strong understanding of general building practices and sequencing
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work (FAW)
• Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
• MoD pass (desirable but not essential)
• DBS check and security clearance required
